You will get random items, if you don't like them you can decline the trade and resend another one.

Tried it out several times - but for me its charging 5-10%
But its working

Yea, Because of steam marketing issues, sometimes its charging more then 5%, you should resend the offer in order to get a better value.

As well, it happens when the system gives you only keys( when u put a knife or something like that), cause keys are counted as 2.65-2.7 usd not as 2.5$
