This is a really good sauce my mother taught me how to make years ago and I still do it to this day. I thought it would be a good idea to share with the community ^^.
Ingredients:
7 oz sauerkraut
1 c broth or water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
salt
Steps:
1: Squeeze the Sauerkraut.
2: Pour it over boiling broth or water and stew in a covered pan for 1 1/2 hours.
3: Add sugar, you can add vinegar if you like (Not my prefrence), salt and bring to boil.
4: Mix the Flour and Butter. Bring it to a boil once again.
5: After about 15 minutes (Be sure to mix a few times in between). Just pour it over your chicken, or really any dish!
