help pls it say my account is ban but i know 100% its not banned!! it must be hwid ban!! how bypass????

start->ausführen->regedit->suche nach "ahnlab"->den/die gefundenen ordner löschen

hat zumindest bei mir geholfen^^

Start -> run-> RegEdit->Search ahnlab-> Found data delete

if u get an error, just delete the "Hshield" folder on regedit
it's not guaranteed that your account still is avaiable, i think you have to create a new account

is that guaranteed to work though? lol I made a new virtual machine and i'm still hardware banned...

i will try the method given to me though, i'll post results back when it's done searching.

Lol but i was automatically banned on a new account i made on my virtual machine which i had jut installed.

Are you sure about you have been banned? If you're referring to the "character doesn't exist" on Nexons' homepage, then it's just an error by Nexon and no ban at all.

haha i know that, the website is really bugged, but ive tried logging in to about 10 of my accounts today and all of them are banned on: my pc, virtual machine 1 and virtual machine 2.... not sure what update NexonEU did ._.

before yesterday, if i was hardware banned on my virtual machine, i could just make another one and play but it doesn't work for me anymore...
