Co Mod for lightning 2nd rb effect

Ok All you do is put the file in ur co folder. Go to co folder>C3>effect>2dmetempsychosis and copy and paste my file over the old one. This is my first mod so it might not be the best.

It's quite a cool lightning-type edit but I prefer the cleaner swirly normal one
