Its the client that does that, not the server. I think its somewhere in the INI folder, but i'm not sure.

I've always understood it to be embedded in conquer.exe itself... snoop around in it using hex editor or something...

Your English is terrible!

It's in the Conquer.exe program itself and i can GUARANTEE you that its in there, look in the binary dump and search for the logout site and just change it. Ive done it before and ive also done it using C# ASM(Just didnt bother finishing it because I needed to do some VirtualReloc or some ****)..
