How can i add some commands to my 5165 server?

how can i add thise:?

/hp <---- refill my HP to max
/mana <---- refill my MANA to max

/agi <--- Agility
/str <--- Stregth
/vit <--- Vituality
/spi <--- Spirit

/scroll tc
/scroll all city's

well, how then add it inside of NpcDialog.cs ?

I was sarcastic. The dialogs should be in either your source, a script file or your database, depends on your source. Just search for the line through your source first, works for most servers.
