how to change atk/def in items

hello guys, so i have a conquer private server version 5165

and i wanna to change the atk and def of an item

for exemple "yellow good luck" or "daisy" i want to add 100k atk & 100k def and maybe 100k dodge

and if it do not wok with garments, so any item like blade or blabla bla

I believe that you have to change it in the item file that the server loads.
