That looks sort of like the problem people get when they don't use korvs 32 bit guide.

Definately an issue where your running the server in 64bit mode, but using a 32bit dll.

Or to put it anouther way, running the server in 32bit mode, but using a 64bit dll.

Its one or the other.

Had the same problem when a friend sent me his source
It had Korvac's dmaploader.dll in 64 but i'm a 32 ^^
