Make a new player command using a spawn monster function. I released a function for 5095 but I'm sure making one for lotf would be equally simple (assuming there isn't one already in the source)
Simply go to where monster spawns are handled in the source and then create a function using the same basic steps. (but a fixed monster id and a map/x/y determined by the function inputs) and then use a command to call that function. Rather simple, just a few stages to go through.
