looking for hoster

hello all.i want a hoster to can keep my server non-stop.i mean 24/7.i need to keep a server 5095 binary...and please i require serious about this from you.i need a pc with system operational windows xp professional recommended SP3ual Core..2.50Ghz+....3-4GB ram and the video card 512MB/1GBand a hard disk...200GB+and the most important...speed very good on download and especially in Upload.
