Well you aren't really going to find too much.
Qonquer is the longest running, most complete, stable pserver out there.
If you do find something similar, you can be guaranteed it won't be on the same level you are used to.
I don't play qo anymore so it's not like I'm some rabid fanboi.. just saying you aren't gonna find much like it that is worth playing. There are a few decent lvling servers but most of them will be laggy as hell, buggy, incomplete... then again that's 99.99 pct of pservers anyways.
