Npc Names

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the names of npcs?? I think you can in CoEmu but i can't seem to find where.

Client side editing for all sources from what I remember. You can also edit in the database but you will wanna do the client side first.

without client editing, it won't show. you need to edit in erhhh.. npc.ini?

Ive noticed in TQ latest pacth they have new NPC
If you find the files for it and add it to anyother client and then go to

Conquer 2.0\Ini\NPC.ini
Look for the NPCS name add it to your client rather its 5165 5017 5095 5119 it dont matter but anyways goodluck
