Where do i code all the NPC and stuff o.o

Can you gimme a link to a 4351 source with that the folder? ohh and umm do you know how i can change the backround for Play.exe

Should look in the data folder I'm guessing.
Haven't seen a 4351 Client in forever.

Its not fixed im never gonna figure it out unless i get a Cracked Conquer.exe for 4351
