What source are you using?
If your using LOTF, don't bother asking, I've asked it a week ago, if your not, could you tell us what source you do use.

I'm using CoEmu v2 and you asked for the nobility packets while I just want to spawn the damnt icon.

no idea man, i would suppose it's a packet, i mean, because it's able to change constantly. Well i mean nobililty being a packet, but don't take my word for it, never used coemu.
