Been taking a look into Guild Statues. This is one feature that doesn't appear to be around at all so I am actually wondering if anyone has coded it. I at least haven't seen a source with it, doesn't mean it isnt out there though.
Anyways, I can open the statue window, choose a pose etc.
The client then sends a packet to the server containing the action id, where the action was paused, co ordinates for the statue etc etc.
My problem is actually creating the statue.
Obviously the statue needs the player mesh, armor, helmet, weapon etc.
So I think that rules out the npc spawn packet (2030), attackable npc packet (1109).
Which pretty much only leaves the spawn entity packet (1014) or a completely seperate packet altogether.
If it is the spawn entity packet, then there would have to be an offset for a type, ie player or statue
Anyone got any thoughts or ideas? This is for patch 5065 but if someone has info for other patches I will still take it
