How would you tell the client to play a sound from the server?
Like if you had a file called "skrillex - scatta.mp3", how would you tell the client to play that file like if they went to an NPC and selected the "Play Scatta" option?
There's a subaction of the 1015 packet (string packet) that allows you to tell the client to play an audio file -- I don't recall the exact number but I think it's around 20.
