I'm Looking for a good 5 People Who Will try out the Hokage Idea i've got Down,
And Try the Clan/Guild War idea i have Down.

Excuse me if you could Re-read what i posted, They can speak it but only in Private/Team/Ect Its not being Racist this is just Simply an English server by all means i want them to play And I won't Ban/Mute i'll simply give them warnings this is not a racist server i Already have Egyptian People playing and They think no such thing so could you please take you opinions ElseWhere

Actually not that many watches Naruto in Japan... It's more in the western and usually people who are new to anime.
