Mana issue on 5530 source

I am having an issue about mana in source 5530.It calculates the bonus mana and the maximum as it should, but you can't use it of fill it it. The only available mana for skills is the real mana from gourds and points(1 point of mana 1 spirit point) something like that.
Example: at 110 an tao should have 3200 mana but he can only use like 1200 of mana.

Check your stats.ini file ....

It shows the right amount of mana you can have (ex.3200) but the mana that you can use skills and pots to recover it mana without any gourds is a lot lower(ex. 590).This (590) amount of mana can increase by adding attribute points to spirit.Pots are working as it restores the mana, but until that value(590).
