What do you mean get cps ?? Do you mean by conventional means ? Or do you mean as a pm/gm command to give yourself cps ?
If you mean by conventional means ingame you can't enless you know how to add npcs and add cpadmin in server to trade dbs for cp. ( which isn't there by default nor will i explain how to add him.)
