Help Please

Hello I need some help. I have downloaded every LOTF source i can find on here and tried to get a server up and running but every time i try and use the client to connect it take the login says that auth successful but then client disconnects stating either gameserver error or connection issue. I am at work at the moment so the exact errors i can't get at the moment but if someone could help me figure this out? I am trying to do a localhost server (or even lan server) to test some coding. Please help

Make sure you have Service Pack 1 + Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5

If you have XP

Make sure you have Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5

Okay i have SP3 does that not have the 3.5 framework with it? If So then what and if not i will glad to try that when i get home.
