[HELP] MY SERVER WONT BECOME LvL SERVER

ok so my server wont become a lvl server. i put in the right IP and stuff but wont worki dont get it!

pho2nixx setting up a server is very simple... first off here my quick guide

1- Download MySQL 5.0 And Install It(Setup A Password
2- Downlaod MySQL Gui Tools Install It
3- Download A Source Extract It
4- Restore Your Database Using MySQL Administrator
5- Setup Your Config.ini In Your Debug.(Make Sure ID-root PASS-What You Entered At Setup,IP- Go Here To Find Out >>>)

6- Start The Server
7- If You Hosting From Your Comp You Need A CIDLoader.<<< Use Search Function

ok well i dont really undertands that all but is there like this code you have to type in to like character.cs so it makes the server a level 1? if not can you pls help me

if you want a level server jsut use StealArcherSource( WHICH IS MY SOURCE **** NOOB CLAIMED IT AS HIS)
