What does LOW mean ? 1x or what ? Be more specific . Is there EPK / TeamPK , lottery ? What does custom mall include ? You need a way better advertise than this if you want people to join . And for the download thig , the download just stops for whatever reason .

Team PK is enabled but Skill PK & Lottery is disabled, ill likely be coding in a lotto shortly - the Server rates are approx Drops: 2.5X and Leveling: 5X, the custom mall has pretty much everything ud need on the server itself, Ill provide SS is you'd like of the mall itself. As per your downloading issue can you tell me which link your having the issues with? both or one
