What is the best thing you have ever coded?
Hello,
Other thread got closed unfairly I thought was an interesting thread too.
So post what the best thing you ever coded was(If its a hard choice feel free to add more then 1)
Me:
The best thing I ever coded has to be.. Hard choice.
I haven't actually coded anything cool. Honor arena maybe?
ohh, My AntiCheat MIGHT be the most advanced thing I ever coded(When it gets done eventually)

Funny you should say that, I decided to include a watch in a game that I made for a uni project (to keep track of the stage time of course) and was quite asotunded at the amount of code needed in javascript to do it (functioning days and am/pm too)....
Oh, and I would have to say the game was the 'coolest' thing I have programmed, but the most frustrating thing (which makes it kinda cool) I've coded is a POS system in java (barcode scanner, stock adjustments, and automatic ordering) for a fictitious flower wholesaler. Gotta love random Uni assignments, thank fark it is over....

Local and remote. They all follow same concept except one sends to your computer one sends to others.
Here is 2 examples.

Not a proxy. Maybe a packet hook, but still not a proxy.
Now working on packet based proxy
If a program intercepts data and forwards it to another place, it's done so using packets, so what proxy isn't packet based?
What this guy meant to say was.
i have no idea what im talking about but i want to look cool.

And your diagram is not correct. A proxy in between two things, it doesn't start the connection, the client does. it's always Client > Proxy > Server and the opposite. it's never Proxy > Client > server. It can't be and there is no reason for it to be LOL

[Question]Best thing you have ever coded (for CO ofcourse)?
04/09/2010 - CO2 Programming - 32 Replies
So what have you guys coded? And what do you think is the best thing you did?
Please don't lie about what you coded to look more experienced, because it doesn't really prove that.
The best thing I've ever coded is my source, how ever it's not complete and I didn't spent time getting the packet structures, just got them from other sources and that stuff.
