Alright explain to me how'd i have a smooth game few month back and its the same way i did it, using every single step was mentioned here.

I have intel and can run Conquer fine; your argument is invalid.

As for the intel graphics card, if you use a desktop computer you can increase the dedicated graphics memory in the bios.
