Login Screen Help

ok im working on my login Screen for Connquer 2.0 online this is what i got(look at Attachment)
I want to continue changing things such as Login Box were i enter Username/Password(look at Attachment 2)
what i need is some help in finding a Loging Box that will Fit there and is Fully operational becouse im not the best Coder or anything so any help is greatly appreciated.

You don't really need any coding abilities to edit a login screen, only photoshop, swf decompiler, flash and imagination.
If you're looking for .
Then just replace the login screen image, and the buttons with yours, and you're done
