u can do it in tc..but i would rather do it in market..i treid 2 up my elite +3 Lvl 15 in tc w/ lucky time..and wasted a whole 6 dbs..wen i cuda just done it w/ 3-4 dbs in market

get ur item to 0 dura then repair that item with lucky time.

up your items once after u made it rb.... on lvl 15 it has the same dura as it has before the rebirth..... and the chance in upping the quality depends on the max-dura
alsways up lvl 20 items.... not lvl 15

Well, I made my lvl 20 eli 2 soc sword to super with 2 DB's. But I lost 7 dbs to my eli 2 soc club lvl 50. And now im broke

. So please, do not use tc
