water-water skills?

i am thinking about getting rb from water 2 water and all my skills are almost fixed but i need to know if i get rb do i keep all my skills or if only some please tell me which ones?

You save all your skill and gain Pervade.

but u have to level them halfway and after that it will automaticly fix them again

Wow possibly dumbest question ever....If u are a water and u rb to same class ur obviously gonna have the SAME skills....
