first you need to buy the skill book "English 101" in market for 100k.
then spam mets in tc or buy a soc armor

well obviously if ya have a little lucky time your chances increase..but from personal exp it ALmost seems that if your lucky time is charged right up (full 2 hrs) ive been just a little bit luckier in the long run than having anything less.. wish ya luck

this is the trick lol jump and while u in air drop an item repeat this for a few mins and go to the aristin dude and use 1 met and boom! i think thats who the met dude is called O_o

noone can tell you anything that will guarentee a soc in your super armour but they will give u way/methods that have helped them/friends...................................buy soc armour and then super it dont buy armour super it and hope for a soc XD

lol when you rb, and reach lvl 70, they give you 1 soc armour for promotion. thats why soc armour is cheap.

1. Sell the super armor if it's low level. Buy socketed armor.
2. Use mets in TC to level it up if you want. Maybe get a socket.
3. RB get socket armor at LvL 100. Level it with mets in TC hopefully you get the second socket. Don't make things high quality till you have the sockets.
4. Buy DB's goto lottery. Get 2 socket armor maybe.
5. Search for socket theories. Most don't work anyhow. Just theories.
6. Read, look through CO2 sections for more info.
