EDIT: by where u login the second button wit the two buttons is to register, does ne one know wat the mean

You have to install the Asian language pack and enable deciphering via control panel to view Chinese characters, obviously...

From the looks of it you need to register to view any of the material, as such with most Chinese websites and forums.
Edit: nice to know I'm not the only Chinese here ^^
Also interesting to note the amount of people who disrespect the language when they're playing a Chinese game... >.>

Please enter your correct id (like an id that identifies who your are, prolly equivalent to Social Security Number or driver's license in the U.S.) .

I think it's just checking the number of digits... to make sure that you're at least chinese

I've deducted that whatever that says above its on the line of don't have access. So all you people trying to create an account dont bother, u still need admin rights to view the forums.
