upload your zip/rar file on and when u get your download link save it somewhere then in new topic wht u want to add that link u click on http:// button it will ask for url ull paste there your saved download link and then it will ask for name so u say how it should be called and ull get wht u were asking for... after click on that name it will redirect u for download page
