*Importent!* Are [GM]s Spying on us?

Recently My friend has told me that the file on conquer folder located at:
C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\log

That log is the CHAT it records what you write in Conquer.
Which means if your discussing Hacks/Bots and a [GM] looks at your folder
(that folder is sent online) you could be sent to BOT JAIL!

Im sorry if this topic has been posted before, just wanted everyone to know the truth.

My friend from the server just told me, Delete the folder (name of your server).
If the message says File may be in use, restart your computer and try again.

If this was true i would have been banned years ago man thats so you can conveniently check if u got whisps or anything if u DCed and it recorded all the text u and others have writtin in the game

It's just a chat log. If you don't want a log anymore goto Chat, Chat Log, and make sure the Record is unchecked. No more log.

They check sometimes, Your right about that BUT thats why my friend got into bot jail for talking about USING bots and Hacks. If you do talk and tell everyone that you use bots and sell, etc YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO BE AT BOTJAIL.

They GM's can check what you type, but not in the Log folder.
If they could check your folders, they might as well explore your computer and look if you have any hacks, lol.

True, but theyre not allowed to do that, that is called Hacking :!:
It is possible, but that would probably go aginst their terms of service and people could sew and make money :skullfuck:

But im sure they cant just hack but they can always access that folder.

I'm pretty sure your text is also recorded somewhere else that only the GM's can access.
They check it when helping with hacking cases, making sure it really is a hacked case and not a scammed case.

If you're still afraid they can check the folder, just delete whatever is in there.

Then no more chat logs.

if you wanna know true they use this file but they scan all acc's in 1 by 1 so like mine i get in bot jail after three months i used speed hack gm are scanning all acc's

They can log any chat server side (doesn't mean they do) but they can't check your computer because that's invasion of privacy.
