+ item detecter

Ok before you say "OMG YOU STUPID NOOB!USE THE SEARCH ENGINE!" i did use the search engine with several different titles to see if there were any different results.Apparently i can't find any 1+,2+,etc... item detector.I tried several different quality detectors that let you know the quality of the items before you pick it up but none show if its +ed or blessed with 3-s,5-s, etc...I want a + detector in particular but is it even possible?or are people hoarding them like aim bot users?(only aim bots available are those proxy **** ones with back doors that don't work)

+1 its no posible to detect..... so sorry...
its random when u take the item from the floor...

composition items and blessed items are server sided when on the floor and are determined when u pick them up

quality however, is determined when a monster drops it
so it's able to tell
