Noob under L15 drops?

i thought noobs Levels under 15 do not drop items but how come i droped after being pk? was this issue already been fixed?
(i wasn't flashing or anything)

I think it is only when a monster kills you

they dont drop anything when a monster kills you but if a guard or player kills you then ur items will drop

Noob below lvl 15 dont drop items only apply to monsters. therefore please be careful when using them as porters
