Itemlist.dat editor

I've been looking for the last hour for this **** Itemlist.dat editor program (I'm prob just blind)
It's the one which you can change it so it shows the items quality as low/normal/high/ref/.../fixed etc.
Does anyone have a link to it...?

do you mean you want the program so that you can edit it urself or one thats already edited? if already edited then heres the link:

It was the program for doing it yourself that I am looking for...
I had it 3 days ago (before I wiped my comp) and now I can't find it =/

i guess i should say thanks too since i wanted to find a program which can open those types of files. now i gotta learn how to actually edit it when i get a chance to do it at home.
