ItemType Namer don't work anymore

Since the last patch (4292) the itemtype Namer don't work anymore.
it seems they've changed all the order of the items qualities.
You may see people dropping UniIronring, etc.. on the ground. that's just the normal one.

We need to fix that. ^^

My editor works still if you look for it. I don't edit by the order in the file like soem other people do. Mine edits based on the ID of the item, exactly how the client uses to differentiate quality of items.
