Depends on the reason.
Only with a really good and valid reason TQ will change the name of your character.
(Character name contains personal information is one of those reasons)

I talked to help desk and they told me if your character name starts with the letter Z,they can change it,why dont ask me,and ofcourse you can use cheat engine,but idk if its client side or server side while ur CE

The "Z" name part is because of servers merging and/or splitting. Your name would be like "Z-(random numbers)" or such.
Cheat engine is client sided.
