Equip other class items

I was trying to search, then realized i had no idea how to phrase it. So i made my own

Due to the new blessed items, i was wondering if you could edit the class requirement so a water tao could wear a bow, or a trojans armor, and so on. It isn't likely, but i had heard of a problem where someone couldn't equip since it said has to be metal tao (it isn't out yet). does that mean we can do the oppsite.

I don't mean the stats needed to equip it, just the class requirment. Like i said, not likely (if we could water taos would have nado and FoH and bomb) but it doesn't hurt to ask.

i doubt it would work but if you wanna try it, you can change the profession requirement of any item by editing ini\itemtype.dat. If you look at that file in a hex editor you will see all the names of the items in the game as you scroll down it. If you start at the beginning of the name of one of the items and move forward 16 bytes you will come across the byte that deals with job type requirements. Setting this byte to 0 will make the client think it can be equipped by any job and will attempt to do so. Whether or not the server will allow it is another matter.
