Kay, she's back up (for now)
My server uses old hardware.
So there is a greater chance of hardware failure.
So, continue with what you will.
I think what happened was I had a power outage.

mysql you can easily create code to reinsert tables, not a problem. MySQL PHP Admin is useful in this respects.
