i wanted to know what sthe rates fr each ninja to poison another player
as an example
iam 220 potency whats my max rate to poison...

It depends what pot your target is, within 5 pot im pretty sure its 100 pct.
the max limit for hitting with posion at all is 50 pot diffrent.

Well i don't know about 50 potency difference, i never could poison like that, maybe if only do it for hours. But i know poison can work if someone has 10-15 more than you

i had some one 220 pot poisoning me and i got 262.

all officials i spoken with said it is about 30 potency points difference

however the far you go the most likely you wont hit your target
