What's the best getting full super first then lvl it up and 2 socket it?
Or first 2 socket a normal -5% dmg then put it super and then lvl it?

i think 2 socket a normal -5 then make it sup is the cheapest way..
or find a +8 items 2 soc it then make it sup or the either way
