help with the co server every time i open account creator TheCOServer or TheCOServer.vshost it give me that massage the application failed to initialize porply(0*c0000135). click on ok to terminate the appliction
please anyone help me what i do

the reasone but i donot know how i repar it but u can instal new windows cause the wrong was in windows
