hi somebody can say me what mobs gives +3 +4 items

Not any monster does?
Only lottery can drop higher plus stones then +2 (which is the highest plus stone dropped by a monster, in this case the Banshee)
Edit: Further all monsters are able to drop +1 items (gear/weapons).

i'm afraid i dont agree with you , for once i got a +3 spear from a Mini Macaque but i agree that no monster drops +4 , +3 highest  , hope i helped 
to go to Mini Macaques , go to ape city go south then take the portal on the left .

It was most likely dropped by a redname player. I've yet to see a SINGLE confirmed report of even a +2 dropping from any monster and I've been around since conquer started...

you best bet is any "mob" who goes around on a slaughter rampage, behaving and talking like a mob is most likely to drop +4 to +12 items if you slaughters them. They usually are quite strong and rash, and when they are ready to drop +4 to +12 gears, they tend go be in red or black name Good luck hunting

idk but i see very much items +4 normal a loooot 100-200 in market i thought some mobs give +4 items

They just compose them cause no one buys low + items. And cause they make them easily.

They use a hunting bot which auto composes items. +4 takes like... a day for a bot to hunt all the +1 items for.

The only monsters who drop +4s also +5s are the ?(A: Players)
I found a Elite +5 RidingCorp about 2 weeks ago in Phoenix Castle =))

This works on Windows 7, Vista, XP in Cheat Engine 5.6.1, 6.0, 6.1, this instructions are currently for Windows 7, Cheat Engine 6.0.
