conquer fpsss

No idea if you guys have the same problem, but since like late 5300s + my graphics card doesn't seem to run conquer's **** graphics like it should. I get better visual playing WoW. Any idea how to edit/fix it so that the graphics should work normally? (conquer fps 22-24) (wow fps 37-75)

well if i log it lags and not going smoothly too.. maybe because of the quests and there's too many people? and bots..
