Elite Pk Halo Permanent: HOW ?

alot players have the Elite Pk halo but they didnt won this week.

How i can get it too ?

I won this week 01.07.2011 Elite Pk. Champion.

there some bug or something that lets some players keep halo i have had mine for months now and havent played in elite pk in bout 6 months
