Anyway to: NPC -> Vendor?

Anyway to change a NPC to become a Vendor, by changing client files?
My guess is no, but, i'm not a coder/programmer so dont know.
This would be on private server, so no worries about being caught.

Dont know if it looked like i owned a server, if it did, i dont. I'm a player only. Want to make so a certain NPC becomes a vendor to me. So, still possible? If so, any point outs? npc.ini file or the likes?

Since it's PS i know the ID of the NPC due to the "[GM]:npc id..." info posted on game. but i cant find that NPC on any .ini file.

Some point outs would be nice.
