huh? I hope you're joking. lol. I put my old emu I made in the underground along with my proxy x.x source and all. Currently working on a better one that I hope to have playable soon matching TQ's version 1:1 as best as I can minus some aspects of potency and changing lotto. Everything else I hope to fully emulate

hes not the only one coding a server from scratch you know, i am, as is future, andy is recoding coemu from scratch and even that looks reasonable this time around
theres plenty of people out there working on servers from scratch...

Ultimaiton (COWS Founder/Leader) and Myself took a shot at in Delphi (derrived from pascal), it went well -- Then bad this was like a year ago, who knows how long he worked on his though, much longer than I worked on mine.
And the one I'm currently coding now was coded from an empty project in C# aka HybridCO.

Hey, I owned a server named ProjectCo years ago!
It was quite a decent server back then, I ended up closing it though and moved on to gunz online.
Now, I've reopened my server.. and it's bigger and better now.
Well, better.. not bigger just yet.
