Looking For Staff!

Alright, I host two servers, conquer online private and eudemons online private. . Both are good servers, but need some work. I am looking for some PM's/GM's that know what they are doing that could assist me. The conquer server has items/npcs/some skills/some monsters and the eudemons server has all monsters/all items/add npcs, just needs some work on some of the bugs, maybe higher ep rates.
