Higher Chance of getting Met,Dbs,Supers

i dont think thats right. you seem to talk about the type of drops and the amount of drops to be independent. right?

heres what i think that relates the type of item dropped and the amount of drops.

lets say there are 6 major item groups.
1 = misc
2 = normal
3 = refined
4 = unique
5 = elite
6 = super

and each major group has a list of items.
maybe like this
1.1 = met
1.2 = db
1.3 = stancher
....
2.1 = normal boots
2.2 = normal boots +1
2.3 = ....

and so on and so forth.

then lets assume that the server chooses a random number from 0-6 everytime it tries to determine drops.

1-6 would mean that the item would be choosen from that group. then chooses a random number to choose frm the items within that list.
0 would mean that no item is dropped.

(Note : this is like an item map. and every monster type has 1 with a varying degree of probability of what items it drops)

the major thing about monsters at AZ is that they treat 2 as 0. that is, whenever the server gets a 2, it drops nothing, instead of a normal item.

what does this all mean?
1. since generally, normal items have the greatest probability of getting dropped, this translates in an very high no drop probability( which is the case in AZ)
2. this would actually be bad cause you would miss all the items in the normal group, like +1s (so few +1s in AZ. ryt?)
3. this would mean that you dont have a higher probability of getting supers, but a lower probability of missing a super because your too lazy to pick up all the items.( =P )

in the simplest terms ( and simplest values)
Other Maps AZ
Probability of No Drop 1/7 2/7
Probability of Misc Drop 1/7 1/7
Probability of Normal Drop 1/7 0/7
Probability of Refined Drop 1/7 1/7
Probability of Unique Drop 1/7 1/7
Probability of Elite Drop 1/7 1/7
Probability of Super Drop 1/7 1/7

anyway ive stated clearly in my first post. you guys can choose to believe or not..

normal mobs or should i say ape map still the best for +1.

devilsiao... you idea sounds good but its wrong... simplest way to look at it without writing a huge reply about probability is...

the items drop exactly the same as in any other zone, but if they are less then ref you wont "see" them... and the chances of met/db/uni/eli/sup droping do not increase.. they are exactly the same...

i hunt there all the time prob around 3 hours a day so i know.. and the only reason i hunt there that long allmost every day is because the exp is a hell of a lot better then killing ElfApes for 3 hours and i dont care about missing out on +1's

one question though.. if your 110 why you killing the huge snakes when you can move to the next zone and kill the bandits?

reason is because. if you really venture every map or zone... you will find that huge snake has the best spawn rate. .. there are 3 spot.. 1 is the entarnce 1 is middle and 1 is the end part or huge snake..

bandit and rat spawn are too wide... and spawn lesser

the bandits on the second map are the ones i was talking about senior bandits.. huge spawn and just as fast as snakes... cross the bridge and go up and to the left of the lake..... and to be honest the banits and rats on first map spawn same as huge snake they just arent grouped together...

Adv zone is not the place for item hunting....you can't make back your arrow money, and there are no possible +1s.

holy shiet... 10 dbs and lots of supers in 6months? lmao i play CO for 1 year and half by now.. i have an archer lvl 130 almost full 2 sock (135% dragon) .. and a full 1 sock plvl gear (175% rainbow) i've never paypaled.. and all supers i got was 1 super shield, 1 super coronet lmao .. dbs im lost has been lots of em.. Serpents, AS, Basilisk most of em..

yes u can make back ur arrow money.. depending on ur lvl and dmg.. i kill serpents in 1 hit w/o stig.. AS in 2 and basilisk in 3 with stig

Bullshit. Drops don't happen fast enough to outweigh the time..and 3 hit basis? Highly doubt that. A full 2 soc lvl 130 archer with lvl 19 bow prof 3 hits them. I doubt you're that high

i hunt at apes for 1 hour and got 1 db, 5 +1's, 5 met's and an elite club so i think it is the time you put in to constant hunting or just apes are good in this case.
