How to use it? I extract all files and run qoproxy.bat but it don't work!

i just dont understand why everyone point what i havent done, but noone said anything about the things i added like succesful turning off the dhcyclone, autositing in all directions, !quit works immediately so does jumpgate/walls.Its nothing big but its still something new, not implemented in the original version.I got some nice ideas but dont feel very motivated in making them since noone really appreciate the new things i added... Like I said in the pm, you really think you would get much appreciation or recognition from a forum like this, fixing a tool like this? I mean, you've got like 9 +k now, and about 1k downloads including the first release? C'mon man wake up (plus I see one of those k is for "being a complete ******* **** sucker") LOL .

mm.. well it seems to be working but i cant seem to be able to type the commands in the cmd bit. and what is command prefix ?
