extract and place in your ini folder

this should remove flower effect from chat. client side only!
so it will not make other peoples flowers in chat go away.

good if you like to receive flowers but hate it in the chat please let me know if it works i have not fully tested it lmao

If you have a female char who received tons of flowers and you have a problem using CID proxy, here is the solution. 1) Go to your CO folder 2) Go to ini folder 3) Find the file Dynarank.ini 4) Clear all content inside 5) Save it and its done
